John S. Rice
President

John grew up working for his family business and started JSR Construction in 1992. Working summers as a kid and having his father as a teacher was valuable experience which helped prepare him for a career running a construction company. He is a third-generation builder and that means construction is in his blood. John currently oversees all company financial and field operations and is responsible for quality control, schedules, and most of all - client satisfaction. John takes pride in the fact that he has many repeat customers who time and time again turn to his company for all their construction needs.

One owner, Halpern Enterprises, in Atlanta, Georgia, asked their architect, "When can John start?" before even knowing how long the project would take or what the cost would be. Halpern is just one of the many repeat clients who appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that JSR Construction provides on all their projects.

Harold McGaha
Field Operations Director

Harold McGaha has over 22 years of experience in construction and 12 years with JSR Construction. Harold is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the field operations on all projects. Harold oversaw the successful completion of 8 separate tenant upfits, totaling 21,000 square feet, in 10 weeks at Two Town Square for Biltmore Farms.

Jason Kirkpatrick
Field Project Manager

Jason Kirkpatrick has over 11 years in construction and all 11 years have been with JSR Construction. Jason has progressed from laborer, to sheetrock finisher, to assistant superintendent, to his current position of Field Project Manager. The values of JSR Construction have been taught and instilled in his work ethic. Jason is responsible for onsite project management and supervision of specific projects.
