JSR Construction, Inc. is headquartered in Mars Hill, North Carolina and specializes in commercial tenant upfits in the Asheville market. Owned by John S. Rice, a third-generation general contractor, JSR Construction has completed over 62 upfits, which total over 232,720 square feet.

Using only the most reliable subcontractors who provide a consistent and fair price and who complete projects to the highest standards, JSR Construction completes renovations to strip shopping in Western North Carolina and other states. We have completed 25 shopping center renovations, renovating over 17,486 lineal feet of facade in 11 states for three different clients.

JSR Construction, Inc. is also licensed in South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Arizona, Virginia and Florida and completes strip shopping center renovations in these and other states.
